HOW TO TRADE IN NIFTY

How to trade nifty

First it depends how much your are going to invest

 Assume your  invest met is bout 6 lac

You cam make 1cr in just 5 years in nifty future trading

Let’s see how it is possible

The main advantage in nifty future trading is it is more volatility

Always goes up and down more than a % in single day

Lot of day traders use this up’s and downs to earn good return

They call this as swing trade.

We are also going to do the same thing but with some adjustment to the investment

We know the nifty range is  that is low 3200 and high is 6255

Now we have to where the Nifty is, say above 5900

It means all the nifty shares all are near their 52 week high

So naturally all the investors and traders will book profit even for the slight increase in the share price.

So there is more chance  to market fall than moving upward.

So we will sell the nifty future.

How much money we have to invest. say 50%

You can invest but if the market goes up what will happened

REMEMBER IN FUTURE TRADING PROFIT AND LOSS ARE VERY HIGH

Some will use stop loss  but I will not recommend for my stratergy.
